If you can't travel due to covid, we can reschedule your booked trip with us for free. We work with small local partners that would love to welcome you another time to their backyard. You can also receive a refund for most safaris if you cancel up to 4, sometimes even 2 weeks, in advance. Please contact us for exact details.  


Booking process

When you have an idea of what area or which safari you’d like to book, you can contact us through email or phone and discuss the options with us. We will check the availability of your preferred safari and get back to you as soon as possible. Because The European Safari Company works with small local partners that are often hard to reach or out in the field, this might take a few days. Once availability is confirmed and you are happy with your choice, we will confirm the booking by sending you an invoice for full payment of your safari. If your safari is still more than three months away, you can request to pay a deposit of 50%.  Six weeks before departure, the full sum of your safari needs to have been paid. You will be asked to give us information such as all names of your travel party, mobile phone number, and if there are any allergies or dietary requirements. A week before departure, we will send you your travel documents.



All our prices are excluding VAT (BTW). 21% of our commission will be added on top of the total booking sum in your invoice.


Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm our clients’ reservation, European Safari Company requires a payment in full for all accommodation and experiences. In the event that a booking is cancelled, in full or partially, for any reason, European Safari Company will levy cancellation charges as defined as follows: 6-4 weeks before departure: 50% Cancellation fee. 0-4 weeks before departure: 100% Cancellation fee



All itineraries and the duration of the activities are subject to change due to group abilities and preferences, weather conditions and forecasts, snow and water levels, special events or interest, etc. The European safari Company’s local partners and guides will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for guests without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional situations. The European Safari Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice.



When you have booked a trip with us, you will be asked to sign waiver before your safari activities. The waiver will read that you are entering the activity upon your own risk. This means we expect all guests of the European Safari Company to have arranged travel insurance prior to their departure date and for the duration of your travels with us.
